Books FAQ
Spelling Series
What ages are the Spelling Series books for?
Ages 4 to 15, matched to age and grade ranges, see the age guide above for the exact book to age/Year/Grade match.
What's the difference between workbook, audiobook, and bundle?
The workbook is a structured PDF of print-and-practise exercises. The audiobook is every chapter read aloud, with key words repeated for retention. The bundle gives you both formats together, at a saving.
Do I need to buy the books in order?
No, we recommend starting with the book matched to your child's current age or ability, using the age guide, rather than starting at Book One regardless of age.
How do I receive my purchase?
After payment you will receive an automated email from Payhip with a secure download link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 10 minutes.
Can I complete the workbook on a tablet?
Yes. Open the PDF in any annotation app such as GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat and use the text tool to type your answers. Alternatively, print it at home.
How do I listen to the audiobook?
Your audiobook arrives as a ZIP file. Unzip it and you will find MP3 files numbered in the correct listening order. Play them in any music or audio app on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I buy individual books or do I need the full series?
You can buy any individual book on its own, as a workbook, audiobook, or bundle. The full series bundles are available if you want to save money across all seven books.
Can I share my download with others?
No. Each purchase is licensed for personal use only. Sharing download links or files is not permitted under our Terms of Use.
I have not received my download, what do I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at info@thechildrenseducationcentre.com and we will resend your download within a few hours.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are charged in USD via Payhip. You can view an approximate GBP conversion on the Books and Bundles pages using the currency toggle, but checkout is always in USD.
