All workbooks, audiobooks, and bundles are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed.
This applies to: PDF workbooks, audiobook downloads, and any bundle containing digital files.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a file you have paid for — such as a corrupted download or a failed delivery — please contact us and we will resolve this promptly at no extra cost to you.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong book, please contact us at info@thechildrenseducationcentre.com within 24 hours of purchase and before downloading, and we will do our best to assist you.
