Shipping & Delivery — The Children's Education Centre

All products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. You will receive your files by email immediately after purchase.

How delivery works

After completing your purchase through Payhip, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link. This typically arrives within a few minutes of purchase.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email within 10 minutes. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@thechildrenseducationcentre.com and we will resend your download immediately.

What you receive

Workbooks — delivered as a PDF file. Complete digitally on a tablet using GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat, or print at home.
Audiobooks — delivered as a ZIP file containing MP3 chapters in the correct listening order. Open the ZIP to access all files.
Bundles — both the workbook PDF and audiobook ZIP are included in a single delivery email.

Download limits

Each purchase allows a limited number of downloads to protect our content. If you experience any difficulty downloading your files, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

International customers

We welcome customers worldwide. Because all products are digital, there are no shipping costs or delays regardless of where you are located. All prices are shown in USD.
